I am loving this paddle. It has excellent spin and control. It also has enough pop and power to get the job done at the kitchen and on overheads and drives. I like it so much I ordered a second one as a backup.

Very pleased with the ease of extra power this paddle generates, without compromising control.
Even though I don't use two hands on the backhand, appreciate the longer grip.
The price point, and great feel of the paddle, make it a great value, would recommend to my friends.

Bought this paddle on the advice of one of the online reviewers as an upgrade to my Monarch All Court. I was looking for a similar paddle with a little more reach and the VJB fills that nitch nicely. The VJB is a great control paddle and has really improved my game at the kitchen. Sweet spot seems to be very large and seems to extend near the edges of the paddle. Spin is good and I can get some good movement on my slice serve. The swing weight is low enough that I can get to just about every speedup.
My only complaint is that the paddle lacks power on serves and drives. If you are lookiing for a great control paddle at a reasonable price this is the one to get. If you are a power player looking for hard serves and drives, you may be dissappointed.

Love the paddle, been playing with it for a couple weeks and it lives up to the hype. Great control and power for being a hybrid. Exactly what I wanted.
