Warranty & Returns

11SIX24 Pickleball Inc. offers a 180-day warranty for the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship errors. Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be sent a replacement paddle.

To be eligible for this warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.

11SIX24 Pickleball Inc. reserves the right to inspect the paddle to determine whether it is covered by our warranty. The company's decision on whether to replace the paddle is final. Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper usage, modified items, commercial use of items, fading of the graphics, and wear on the grip from normal use are not covered by warranty.


Customers are entitled to a 30-day return period, starting from the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. These costs are nonrefundable.

All returned items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories. This includes the handle plastic wrap. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
