Warranty

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

11SIX24 Pickleball Inc. ("Company") warrants to the original retail purchaser ("Purchaser") that the Company's pickleball paddles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable Warranty Period set forth below.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS

2.1. 1 year warranty: The Jelly Bean series (Pegasus, Vapor, and Hurache-X) and All Court series (Pegasus, Vapor, and Hurache-X) are warranted for a period of three hundred sixty (360) days from the date of original purchase.

2.2. 6 month warranty: All other paddle models manufactured by the Company are warranted for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of original purchase.

3. REMEDY

During the applicable Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any paddle that is determined by the Company to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

4.1. To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must provide a valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, including the date of purchase and product information.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim to determine the applicability of this Limited Warranty.

4.3. The Company's determination regarding the applicability of this Limited Warranty shall be final and binding.

5. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

5.1. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original Purchaser.

5.2. This Limited Warranty does not cover: a) Normal wear and tear; b) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions; c) Damage resulting from improper storage, maintenance, or transportation; d) Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading of graphics; e) Grip wear from normal use; f) Products that have been modified or altered; g) Products used for commercial or rental purposes; h) Damage caused by factors beyond the Company's control.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO REPRESENTATIVE, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, OR AGENT OF THE COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY OTHER THAN OR IN ADDITION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE SALE, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Returns

Customers are entitled to a 30-day return period, starting from the original purchase date.

For a full refund, all returned items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories. This includes the handle plastic wrap. Items that do not meet these conditions will incur a $10 per item restocking fee. Please reach out to support@11six24.com to initiate a return.

International returns (outside of the United States) are responsible for their own return labels.

Lost or missing packages

11SIX24 ships all orders with tracking information provided to the customer. While we take reasonable care to ensure proper delivery, 11SIX24 is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.

If your package is reported as delivered but not received, customers should:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations at the shipping address
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number provided
  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

For orders with shipping insurance, customers may file a claim through the carrier's claim process. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation needed for carrier claims upon request.

11SIX24 reserves the right to investigate lost package claims and may, at our sole discretion, issue replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
