I’ve contacted the store multiple times about my missing order and received little to no meaningful response. My package was marked as delivered by USPS—allegedly signed off at the front desk of my apartment lobby. I immediately checked with the front desk, mailroom, mailbox, neighbors, and other common areas in the building multiple times—there was no sign of the package anywhere.
I also contacted USPS directly to check if the package might have been left at the post office or remained on the delivery truck. They confirmed they had nothing on record. Meanwhile, every attempt I made to get help from the store was met with unresponsiveness or required repeated follow-ups just to get a reply. When they did respond, their answers were extremely dismissive and unhelpful.
At no point did they offer a refund, provide evidence that they submitted an investigation ticket to USPS, or show any real effort to resolve the situation. The complete lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this store again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
