What skill level is the Power 2 designed for?
Intermediate to advanced players (3.5+ skill level) who want power and spin. The Power 2 is a strong fit for competitive players, former tennis or racquet sport athletes, and anyone who has outgrown beginner paddles. Beginners can use it, but our Jelly Bean or All-Court lines are more forgiving for players still developing consistency.
Which Power 2 shape should I pick: Hurache-X, Vapor, or Pegasus?
Hurache-X (elongated): Best for power players and ex-tennis athletes. Extended reach and extra leverage on drives.
Vapor (hybrid): The most popular shape. Balanced sweet spot and reach for all-around play.
Pegasus (wide body): Best for control and touch players. Maximum sweet spot for consistent contact.
Is the Power 2 tournament approved?
Yes. The Power 2 is UPA-A approved, which is the stricter pro-tour standard. UPA-A tests paddles broken-in, not fresh out of the box. If you're playing sanctioned tournaments, leagues, or competitive events, this paddle is cleared for play.

Bought the Hurache to try an elongated form. Liked it enough to go back and purchase the hybrid Vapor. Love the little edge in speed at the net the Vapor seems to give me.

Solid all court paddle. Pace off ground strokes is good and the spin generated allows for aggressive shots from the baseline. Drops are very controllable and action off topspin dinks is top tier. This is a good paddle for advanced players looking for predictable power and attacking net play. I would place the Vapor Power 2 in the top 5 of all Gen 4 paddles currently on the market.

My paddle already sounds like the core cracked

I’ve used lots of paddles. What makes the vapor power2 special isn’t any specific trait but the lack of weaknesses and how easy it is to pickup and play with. The spin is great and long lasting, and the power is linear but responds well when you swing hard for more juice. If you’re looking for a long lasting partner to your game, this is a great choice.

Top tier paddle for significantly lower price than other high end brands. Great blend of power and control, and I really like the new "hexgrit" surface, which enhances spin on drives, drops & dinks. Recently won first 4.0+ gold medal at local tournament with this paddle. Definitely in the 11SIX24 camp now and don't see that changing anytime soon. =)

I cannot fairly rate this paddle 5 stars as I'm still customizing the grip and weight placement. So far though, I really like it. The HexGrit surface is a game changer for me as I'm able to consistently put more shape on both my drips and drives. My ball placement is improving as I make small adjustments to weight placement. I've currently added 3 grams to each side, just before it curves to the grip. I haven't seen or felt any change to the HexGrit surface after 24 hours of play time. For me it's still a work in progress as I get it dialed in. Thanks.

Definitely adjusting to the less dwell time compared to my alpha power pro. The balls spin more from angled hits with the alpha power, and more from swiping with the vapor 2. My play style has changed for adding spin… dwellier paddle vs poppier. Neat

I have only ten hours of play on this paddle. I’m coming over from the Vapor power so I have some familiarity with the shape. I did the weighting to my liking and turned this thing into a BEAST!!! The spin is remarkable. My drives from the baseline are breaking like Dwight Gooden’s “Lord Charles Pitch”. The control is good and the power is just right for me. My serves are hard to return with the power and spin you can produce. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The customer service is amazing also. Ben Hjorth corrected an error on my part when I made my purchase.
