This is my first time purchasing an 11six24 paddle so I took my time to test the Ultré by playing singles, doubles and drilling. Your 30 day return policy gave me the confidence to try something new. Thank you for standing by your product. At first the Ultré to me felt out of control and pretty poppy. So I went ahead and ordered a Coral Pro and J2CR (I’m upgrading from a Joola 3s dual Perseus 16mm) b/c I thought I might not be able to handle the Ultré. And at first I couldn’t. Serves and drives were long. Resets and dinks were popped up. And I felt like I had to manage its power. People I normally beat were now beating me. However, after a few sessions the paddle became softer and much easier to manage and started to feel amazing and less stiff. I was able to drive the ball with enough controlled pace and my resets and dinks were excellent. My serves were also very powerful and full of spin and falling inside the court/line incredibly well. I no longer felt like I had to manage its power or pop. This paddle is amazing and all in all I would say, if you find this paddle hard at first give it time, it will soften a little bit while still keeping that crisp feeling and feedback you feel to guide the ball where you want and good controllable pop to put the ball away when need to. I’m addicted to the feel and the playability of this paddle and I can’t put it down. I love that crisp feel every time the ball comes off the paddle. And… I’m returning the other two that are not bad paddles, but just not for me and not like this Ultré. Excellent job on this paddle, its shape, its core and the innovative and amazing grit.
