Poor Customer Service

I ordered 2 Hurache-X Jelly Bean paddles asking for the weight to be as close as possible to 7.9 -8.0. Color didn't matter. I wanted the weight. I responded to the confirmation email with this request. I received an email back almost word for word of what I requested and was told it would be added to my order. When I received my paddles. They were 8.3 and 8.4. I understand that the shrink wrap weighs 1 gram, so 8.2 and 8.3. I reached out to them about my issue and the didn't care. I was told that my request was added to my order and it must of been followed and to enjoy my paddles. How is that possible that there are not 2 Hurache-X Jelly Bean paddles in the entire warehouse that weigh less than these paddles. They didn't even try. I have been an Ambassador and have played with 11SIX24 paddles exclusively for a long time. I have noticed that as they have gotten more popular the quality of their products not just paddles have gone down and their Customer Service really has become terrible. Almost like buy it or not. We don't need your business.
