I absolutely love my Hurachie X Alpha Pro paddle! I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave another paddle company a try! I’ve been playing for two years. In that time frame I’ve bought 10-12 Joola paddles that never last! The cores keep breaking with in two to four months. I’d rather support a local company anyways! Just the first day of playing with this paddle I had a lot more control of the ball! My drives are good and consistent! Slice is good and crisp! I also feel like I have faster hands at the Kitchen! 11Six24 has definitely made me very happy with this paddle! Thank you for being an awesome company so far!
First paddle broke on the surface which you wouldn’t replace after owning the paddle just 14 days and the second one has a couple of dead spots. I was hoping for a better experience.

Regarding the first paddle, the damage you referenced was a hole in the middle of the face of the paddle, which falls outside of our warranty coverage. That said, we still chose to replace it for you at our cost as a courtesy, even though we weren’t obligated to do so. We did this because we care about our customers and wanted to help get you back on the court as quickly as possible.

This paddle is one of the best I've played with to date! I have not seen a paddle that combines an incredible amount of power, spin, and control all at the same time. It elevated my game for sure! Highly recommend!
