Stop telling your employees to post 5 star ratings. David you created a very bad product launch experience...live with it, but stop telling your employees to post 5 star ratings to save face...not very transparent.
I applaud 11six24 for not taking thousands of orders that they couldn't fulfill. We have several other companies do that in the recent past and they took over 6 months to deliver their paddles!
As for folks that may have glitched, I guess you've never tried to get concert tickets? E-commerce is not ironclad, but you know this already. Stop complaining and see that there are new batches coming every 2-3 weeks.
I'll be waiting for Feb 24th and hope to snag a Vapor Power then.

you people putting 1 star reviews on the way the paddles were released? Sour grapes I take it and I guess none of you tried to get a Ripple? When something is in high demand they sell fast what would you have wanted David to do different? Id do the same thing remove negative reviews due to sour grapes.
Waited about 40 seconds to checkout and was lucky enough to complete my purchase and got my confirmation email by 11:01am CT. Hope more come out soon as I know there are plenty of people still wanting one.
