Love it added 3 grams weight on top end and has plenty of power and spin
I was referred to this paddle from another pickleball player. He provided me a demo paddle to use and it was the perfect type of paddle for me. The all court paddle has great control and I am able to make amazing spin serves. I would highly recommend this paddle.
Great paddle for an awesome price. The all court paddle is terrific, has excellent pop and power, awesome spin and love love that six inch handle. Perfect for the twoey shots.
The HXC+ was my previous main and I bought the HXAC as a backup and eventual replacement when the time came to retire my main. I went into it with a little skepticism as a true replacement of the HXC+ due to the change from a Gen 2 thermoformed paddle to a Gen 1.5 non-thermoformed (HXAC) and the change of the layup from CFC to FCC. However after playing with it for a few sessions, its replaced my HXC+ as my main.
The changes I was skeptical about seems to have improved the paddle for me. The non-thermoformed and new layup gives me more control, feel, and manageable power. One of the issues I had with the HXC+ was occasionally sending balls long on drives. I now no longer have that issue with the HXAC. I have complete confidence in every shot now. Also I love the new handle used on the AC line. So much so that when I ordered a HXP to try, the first thing I noticed was the difference in the handle. Lastly, some of the reviewers and the product specs noted a slightly higher swing weight on the HXAC vs the HXC+, it is not noticeable at all.
While the 11six24 is a good control paddle, it doesn’t compare to the power of the Gearbox Pro power.
