Warranty
11SIX24 Pickleball Inc. offers a 180-day warranty for the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship errors. Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be sent a replacement paddle.
To be eligible for this warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.
11SIX24 Pickleball Inc. reserves the right to inspect the paddle to determine whether it is covered by our warranty. The company's decision on whether to replace the paddle is final. Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper usage, modified items, commercial use of items, fading of the graphics, and wear on the grip from normal use are not covered by warranty.
Return Policy
1. Return Period
1.1 Customers are granted a thirty (30) day return period commencing from the date of original purchase.
2. Conditions for Full Refund
2.1 To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
a) Be in new and unused condition
b) Include all original packaging
c) Include all original accessories
d) Retain intact handle plastic wrap, where applicable
2.2 Items failing to meet all conditions specified in Section 3.1 will not qualify for a full refund.
3. Partial Refund for Used Items
3.1 Gently used returns may be accepted subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
4. Agreement to Terms
4.1 By making a purchase from 11SIX24 Pickleball Inc., the customer expressly agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.

Lost or missing packages
11SIX24 ships all orders with tracking information provided to the customer. While we take reasonable care to ensure proper delivery, 11SIX24 is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.
If your package is reported as delivered but not received, customers should:
- Check all possible delivery locations at the shipping address
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number provided
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
For orders with shipping insurance, customers may file a claim through the carrier's claim process. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation needed for carrier claims upon request.
11SIX24 reserves the right to investigate lost package claims and may, at our sole discretion, issue replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
