Our demo program allows you to try out gently used paddles before making a purchase. Here’s how it works:
Payment for Demo Paddles:
You will be charged 65% of the new paddle’s price for each demo paddle you choose.
This amount allows you to use the demo paddle for 14 days from the date you receive it.
After the Demo Period:
Keeping the Paddle: If you decide to keep the demo paddle, the 65% charge will be final, and no refund will be issued. All demo paddles have a 30 day warranty.
Purchasing a New Paddle: If you decide to purchase a new paddle instead, return the demo paddle, and we’ll apply the 65% charge towards your new paddle purchase. The demo paddle must be returned before we ship the new paddle.
Returning the Demo: If you choose not to purchase any paddle, you can return the demo paddle and receive a refund of the 65% charge, minus a $25 fee for shipping.
Return Shipping:
All demo paddles come with a prepaid shipping label and an envelope for easy returns.
